We maintain all systems and data relating to the operations of the law school. This includes data relating to student information systems, asset management, finance, HR, course management publications, career services, library records, case management and evidence presentation.

3. Are some of these external to the "core" systems
We have several MS Access and MySQL/PHP applications that are involved in our management of especially student and course data. As well application data and career services data as well as most course management is currently in systems provided by vendors
4. What data are entered and managed by other departments?
Almost none.
5. What data does your unit enter and manage that is unique?
Almost all. Even the data we "recycle" by entering into SIS and then taking back from Data Warehouse to power our local systems are originally entered by the law school.
