Responsible for appropriate Finance areas to coordinate the development of their data procedures and policies. Not responsible for Cashiering and Student accounts Office (SIS), Payroll (HRMS), and Human Resources (HRMS). Finance areas are VP Finance and Business, TMC, Budget Office, Delivery Services, Communication Services, Parking Services, Risk Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
2. What data systems do you rely on to meet those obligations?
Data systems relied on to meet these obligations include Advantage, Data Warehouse, XNET, PCard, Munis, Parking, Delivery Services and other in-house systems as identified by data administrators who have yet to be determined.
