Desc of Issue: Double data entry - HRMS
Description of this data issue: Double data entry from Facilities into HR rather than collecting data from the TMA system.
Comments -- We are in the process of making these changes. Time and Attendance is rolling out July 1, 2007. We will be making the conversion the week of 7/9/2007. Our plan is to be sending payroll reports in hard copy by August 1. We have not spoken with payroll on electronic transfers yet. We have been waiting for a clean data sample with the new system to show the possibilities.
