Desc of Issue: Double data entry - Advantage

Description of this data issue: 9. Double data entry from Facilities into HR, Advantage, Purchasing, Payroll rather than collecting data from the TMA system.

Comments -- We are in the process of making these changes. We first had to make the budget changes and procedural modifications in FY08 to accomplish the automation.

Working with the Controllers office and Systems Computing on steps necessary to upload financial data into Advantage The timeline for financial uploads is testing in August 2007 and go live in September 2007.
