Resolved December 12, 2007 - per last update MUNIS does not contain the same field for who places order and therefore that information does not flow to Advantage/Data Warehouse reports. Facilities can obtain that information using their own reporting software.
Desc of Issue: Who placed an order not on reports since MUNIS
Description of this data issue: Since MUNIS, the person who placed the order is not transferred into the data warehouse, so that the Data Warehouse does not have that data. Reported by facilities, needed for delivery confirmations
Preliminary response -Now that UNLV has purchased the Crystal Reporting module for Munis, Facilities can extract this information internally. Once the reports are tested, they can be implemented campus wide.
