1. Update on the Human Resources COGNOS BI pilot project -- Elora Paik
2. Discussion on connecting data from Sponsored Programs, Archibus and HR. -- Rochelle Athey and Jennifer McCarthy
Rochelle Athey and Jennifer McCarthy are trying to determine the best way to join the sponsored projects account # (sometimes up to 20 different accounts) with the building space, working with HR data from Elora. Rochelle has the sponsored project info from Advantage.

5. Changes to tracking GAs on SIS
Graduate Student Financial Services keep track of historical GA information in their own sheets and databases... Right now they have sent us the number of Non-Nevada Resident GAs (please see email below) from 2007-2008 academic year in two categories: i) hired for 9 months (Fall 2007 and Spring 2008) and ii) hired for 1 semester (Fall 2007 OR Spring 2008)
Also, we have already started to think about how we may/should move forward so that in the future the GA coding is right for all purposes, however as Christina said this will require a much broader collaboration of GC, IAP, Budget Office, etc.
